- 2 cups of mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 1 cup of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
- 1 cup of chocolate chips or M&Ms
- 1 cup of popcorn (preferably caramel or cheese flavored)
- 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup of pretzels
- 1 tablespoon of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, popcorn, sunflower seeds, and pretzels.
- Toss the ingredients together until well mixed.
- If desired, sprinkle with sea salt and toss again.
- Store the snack mix in an airtight container or zip-top bag for easy transport to the beach.
