- 2 cups of egg noodles
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the carrots, celery, and onions. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the shredded chicken and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the egg noodles and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot.
