- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, plus extra for dusting
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Stir in flour, chopped nuts, and salt until combined.
- Form the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let them cool for a few minutes, then roll in powdered sugar.
- Allow to cool completely and dust with more powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- You can substitute nuts with chocolate chips for variation.
