Ingredients

- 350ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
Instructions
- Mix the flour and water in a large bowl until combined.
- Add the sourdough starter and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 4 hours.
- Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket. Let it rise for another 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F) with a Dutch oven inside.
- Carefully transfer the dough into the Dutch oven and cover.
- Bake for 30 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.
