  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 4 hours.
  5. Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket. Let it rise for another 2 hours.
  6. Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F) with a Dutch oven inside.
  7. Carefully transfer the dough into the Dutch oven and cover.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered.
  9. Let the bread cool before slicing.
