  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix sourdough starter, milk, sugar, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread brown sugar and raisins on top of the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  7. Cut into 1-inch pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.
