Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter and cottage cheese together.
- Add flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda to the mixture.
- Gradually add water until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into bagels.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
