Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Place the cubed sourdough bread in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, ensuring it is well soaked.
