Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature). Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add honey and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Slice chicken and add back to the pan, coating with sauce.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and toss with the chicken and sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less heat.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Replace heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free option.
