Soft and fluffy dinner rolls with a spicy cranberry twist, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix flour, salt, melted butter, cranberries, and chili flakes in a bowl.
- Add the yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Divide dough into 12 equal portions and shape into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush rolls with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust chili flakes to taste for more or less heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven for best texture.
