Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken fillets (200g each)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups frozen fries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and bake the fries for 20 minutes or until golden.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and chili flakes. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken to the pan, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with the crispy fries.
