- 2 boneless chicken fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup frozen fries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake fries for 20 minutes until crispy.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- In the same pan, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to the pan, coating it with the sauce. Serve with fries.

- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- For extra crispiness, double-coat the chicken in breadcrumbs.
