- Wooden skewers, soaked
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Mix garlic, Parmesan, chili flakes, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Coat chicken cubes evenly with the marinade.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
