- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 lime
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are pink and cooked through.
- Serve the grilled shrimp skewers hot with mango salsa on the side.
