  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 mango
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  6. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are pink and cooked through.
  7. Serve the grilled shrimp skewers hot with mango salsa on the side.
