- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 tsp paprika

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pound chicken to an even thickness (about 1/2 inch).
- Mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne in a shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce.
- Brush the sauce over cooked chicken and serve immediately.

- Serve with rice or a fresh salad.
- For extra crispiness, bake breaded chicken at 400°F for 15 minutes.
