- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, then brush with the honey-lime mixture.
- Grill or bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway and reapplying glaze.
- Serve hot with extra glaze if desired.
Notes
- Adjust chili powder for more or less heat.
- Marinate chicken for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
