  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in blended tomatoes, peppers, and spices.
  4. Cook the mixture until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add chicken pieces and coat well with the sauce.
  6. Pour in half a cup of water and cover.
  7. Simmer for 25-30 minutes until chicken is tender.
  8. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
