Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
