Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add spinach, artichokes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen spinach.
- Adjust the cheese quantities to your taste.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
