- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the pan, coating it with the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- You can use pre-cooked chicken to save time.
- Add extra Parmesan cheese on top for a richer flavor.
