Instructions
- Wash and slice the strawberries.
- In a bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Toss gently.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add vanilla extract to the whipped cream and mix gently.
- Layer the berry mixture and whipped cream in serving glasses.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
