Ingredients

- 4 cups spring mix greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Prepare the grilled chicken and slice it.
- In a large bowl, combine spring mix, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and avocado.
- Add the grilled chicken on top of the salad.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over the salad.
- Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette on top.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
