- 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
- 2 cups rice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green chilies, chopped

- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add sliced onion and green chilies, sauté until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped spring onions, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add soaked rice and salt, stir well.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer until rice is cooked.
