Instructions
- Wash and trim the asparagus.
- Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes.

- Slice the radishes thinly.
- In a bowl, combine the asparagus, peas, and radishes.
- Add mint, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything gently to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
