Ingredients

- 1 cucumber, sliced

- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Combine the greens, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Top with feta cheese before serving.
