Instructions
- Chop the cabbage, potatoes, and carrots.
- Place the corned beef in a pot and cover with beef broth.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the pot.
- Season with mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 2 hours until the meat is tender.
- Slice the corned beef and serve with vegetables.
