Ingredients

- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 cup of fresh peas
- 1 cup of chopped asparagus
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
- Add chopped asparagus and cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Add fresh peas and spinach. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Blend the soup until smooth if desired.
- Serve hot.
