  • 1 Onion
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cornbread mix
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
  3. Add the sliced squash and cook until just tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked squash mixture, beaten eggs, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, cornbread mix, and milk. Mix until well combined.
