Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.

- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- These can be made ahead and frozen.
- Try serving with a spicy mustard or whiskey sauce.
