  • Green food coloring
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Add green food coloring until desired shade is reached.
  7. Roll the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Flatten slightly and add sprinkles on top.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
