Ingredients

- 2 cups of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound of corned beef, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine beef broth, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and onion.
- Add sliced corned beef to the pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Add mustard, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- For added flavor, include garlic and bay leaves.
