Delicious St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes decorated with green frosting.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Green food coloring
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)
- Green sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Mix in green food coloring until desired color is achieved.
- Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make frosting.
- Frost the cupcakes and decorate with green sprinkles.

- Store cupcakes in an airtight container.
- Use different shades of green for decoration.
- Try adding mint flavor to the frosting for extra flavor.
