- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add chicken, broccoli, and tomatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh vegetables for best flavor.
- Can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu.
