Instructions
- Rinse corned beef and place in a large pot.
- Add beef broth, mustard, and brown sugar.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
- Add carrots and potatoes, cooking for 30 minutes.
- Add cabbage and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve with slices of soda bread.
- Enjoy with green beer if desired.
