Ingredients

  • Green food coloring
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, beating well.
  5. Mix in the dry ingredients alternately with milk.
  6. Add green food coloring until desired color is reached.
  7. Pour into a greased baking pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Let cool and top with whipped cream.

  • Use more food coloring for a vibrant green.
  • Serve with mint sprigs for decoration.
