Description

Honey garlic chicken made in a crock pot for easy cooking.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. If using cornstarch, mix with a little water and add to the pot 30 minutes before serving to thicken the sauce.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
