Honey garlic chicken made in a crock pot for easy cooking.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- If using cornstarch, mix with a little water and add to the pot 30 minutes before serving to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Use chicken breasts if desired.
