Description
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with traditional Irish dishes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup of cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of corned beef, diced
- 1/2 cup of onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Add cabbage and carrots to the pot and cook until vegetables are soft.
- Drain the water and return vegetables to the pot.
- Add corned beef and butter, then mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic or herbs.
- Serve with Irish soda bread.
