Ingredients
- Green bell peppers – 2
- Spinach – 1 cup
- Guacamole – 1 cup
- Tortilla chips – 1 bag
- Irish cheddar cheese – 1 cup, shredded
- Black olives – 1/2 cup, sliced
- Green food coloring – 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice green bell peppers into small pieces.
- Mix spinach and guacamole in a bowl.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Top chips with spinach guacamole mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded Irish cheddar cheese on top.
- Add sliced black olives.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
- Drizzle with green food coloring before serving.
