Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup green food coloring
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream sugar and butter until light.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla to the butter mixture.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Stir in green food coloring until well combined.
- Pour batter into greased baking pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before icing.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make icing and spread on cooled treats.
- Add sprinkles for decoration.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Adjust food coloring for desired shade of green.
- Use other colors for different occasions.
