Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into strips
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak strips and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve hot.
