Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the steak bites with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss until the steak is well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak bites reach your desired doneness.
- While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Once the steak bites are done, transfer them to a serving bowl and drizzle the garlic butter over the top. Toss to combine.
