Description

Deliciously tender and juicy steak bites coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, made effortlessly in your air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the steak bites with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss until the steak is well coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Place the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak bites reach your desired doneness.
  4. While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  5. Once the steak bites are done, transfer them to a serving bowl and drizzle the garlic butter over the top. Toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
