A rich and flavorful dish combining steak, shrimp, and a creamy lobster sauce.

- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup lobster meat, cooked
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear to your desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, whisk in flour, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Add lobster meat and cooked shrimp to the sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the sliced steak. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster meat for the best flavor.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
