Ingredients

- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add salt to the boiling water.
- Place the lobster tails in a steaming basket over the pot.
- Cover and steam for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the lobster tails from the pot and let them cool slightly.
- Cut the tops of the shells to expose the meat.
- Melt butter and mix in garlic and lemon juice.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Fresh lobster tails yield the best flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the tails.
- Serve with additional melted butter for dipping.
