Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting halfway through, until chicken is cooked and glaze is sticky.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For crispier skin, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Marinate chicken for 1 hour for deeper flavor (optional).
- Use boneless thighs or breasts if preferred (adjust cooking time).
