Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Whisk gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, and ginger in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  6. Toss baked meatballs in the glaze.
  7. Garnish with green onions.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • Adjust gochujang for desired spiciness.
