Tender meatballs coated in a sweet and spicy Korean BBQ glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Whisk gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, and ginger in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Toss baked meatballs in the glaze.
- Garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Adjust gochujang for desired spiciness.
- Serve with steamed rice.
