Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Pour into the pan and stir until sauce thickens.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top. Serve hot.

  • For extra crispiness, cook chicken in batches.
