Ingredients

- 4 cups arugula
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry the arugula.
- Slice the strawberries.
- Toast the almonds in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Combine arugula, strawberries, feta, and almonds in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.

- Add grilled chicken for extra protein.
- Use goat cheese instead of feta for a creamier taste.
