Delicious strawberry banana muffins that are moist and flavorful.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2–3 bananas)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Fill muffin tins with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
- Can substitute strawberries with other berries.
- For added flavor, add a teaspoon of cinnamon.
