Ingredients

- 12 large strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Cut the tops off the strawberries and hollow out the insides.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Stuff each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
- In another bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Dip the stuffed strawberries into the graham cracker mixture.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
