Ingredients

  • 12 large strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries.
  2. Cut the tops off the strawberries and hollow out the insides.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
  5. Stuff each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
  6. In another bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  7. Dip the stuffed strawberries into the graham cracker mixture.
  8. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
