  • Strawberry jam for filling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and quickly swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for an additional 1 minute on the other side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate.
  6. To serve, spread a layer of strawberry jam on one half of each crepe, fold it over, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
