A delicious blend of strawberries and lemons in a dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until dissolved.
- Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat.
- Allow the mixture to cool.
- In a bowl, mix strawberries with the lemon syrup.
- Fold in whipped cream and vanilla extract.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
